- KPMG Law - Junior Associate

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- We are looking for a junior associate with a keen interest in business and commercial law to join our team in Gent.As a junior associate in our business and commercial law team you will work together with a team of dedicated lawyers to assist clients on legal issues related to:
- commercial and civil contracts
- (unfair) trade practices
- economic law
- distribution, agency & franchising
- international trade
- e-commerce
- You will be involved in a broad range of projects and provide a wide scope of legal services to our national and international clients.You will attend meetings with clients and maintain strong relationships with them.**Location**:

- Ghent

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- You hold a master degree in law with a focus on economic law.
- An additional qualification or an international experience is an asset.
- A first professional experience in a law firm is an asset but not a requirement.
- You are eager to learn and you have the ambition to excel in this legal field.
- You have strong analytical and writing skills.
- You speak Dutch and are fluent in English.
- You are a real team player.
