Om ons trainerteam uit te breiden zijn wij op zoek naar een **Trainer/Coach schoonmaakpersoneel**

**Functie**:
Als Trainer/Coach sta je in voor de **opleidingen van onze schoonmaakmedewerkers** die dagelijks aan het werk zijn op verschillende locaties:

- Je geeft **schoonmaakopleidingen** aan ons schoonmaakpersoneel;
- Deze opleidingen gaan steeds door op de verschillende **werklocaties** of in **kleine groepen**;
- Je doet bezoekrondes op de werkvloer en bouwt **vertrouwensrelaties** op met personeel, supervisors en klanten;
- Je werkt dicht **samen** met onze **Education & Quality Coach**;

**Profiel**:

- Je bent communicatief sterk;
- Trainen en werken met mensen, dat geeft jou energie
- Je bent enthousiast en sociaal;
- Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Frans (je geeft de lessen in het Frans en/of Nederlands)
- je maakt jezelf verstaanbaar in het Engels
- Rijbewijs B verplicht
- Je hebt minimum 2 jaar gewerkt in de schoonmaaksector

**Aanbod**:

- Contract van onbepaalde duur;
- 38u/week
