We are looking for a **MASTER DATA STEWARD** to join us in our Development Clinical Supply organization based in Braine-l’Alleud, Belgium.

**About the role**:
You will be responsible for managing all material type linked to development and clinical trial supplies within all Supply Chain systems (MDM, SAP, and others) through accurate business process and master data management in collaboration with key stakeholders.

You will be responsible for ensuring that key product data is maintained accurately, efficiently and on time right first time. Full compliance is required when performing master data activities.

You will be required to participate in master data related projects providing Business Process and Master Data expertise.

**What you will do**:

- Manange item creation for forecasting:

- Based on request forms, create item for forecasting in the relevant systems and launch the accompanying Workflow
- Manage the code activations and updates of all items based on request forms and launch the accompanying Workflow
- Manage the product decommissioning based on request forms
- Launch and manage the deactivation of all items and ensure tracking and coordination of the activities with key stakeholders
- Auditing the Workflow system and following up the long term open workflows closing with key stakeholders
- Provide input to the Master data governance meeting
- Performs mass transaction activities for the assigned items in the relevant systems

Project/initiative responsibilities:

- Contribute to projects/initiatives by providing master data and business process expertise and input

**For this position you’ll need the following **education, experience** and **skills**:

- You have 3 years experience in Supply Chain environment
- You have experience in SAP
- You have worked in a Multinational/multicultural environment
- You have experience in continuous improvement
- An experience in the Pharma sector is an asset
