**Description de l'emploi**
- You will participate in the monitoring and development of a set of qualitative and quantitative criteria in order to assess the credit and ESG quality of issuers in the portfolio and in relation to new investments;
- The scope of your responsibilities covers all asset classes traded on quoted and non-quoted financial markets;
- You will gather information on the financial situation of issuers, research their credit history and monitor guarantees;
- You have the ability to assess the evolution of credit quality according to different macro-economic scenarios and/or budget projections;
- You will participate in the implementation and maintenance of an internal credit risk assessment tool (credit rating) and be able to compare it to the methodologies used by official agencies (e.g. Standard & Poor's and Moody's);
- You will maintain and control the levels of credit risk exposure of the asset portfolio on an ongoing basis, in particular by monitoring the spread and downgrade risk per position;
- You collect and analyze information on the extra-financial situation of issuers, you carry out research on their ESG profile, their policies and their commitments;
- You will participate in the implementation and maintenance of an internal ESG risk assessment tool, including climate risk, and you will have a good understanding of the methodologies used by official agencies (MSCI for example);
- You will write briefing notes and formulate opinions for the relevant investment committees;
- You will ensure that credit exposure and ESG indicators are kept within established risk limits and policies
- You will be responsible for the implementation of strategic projects and meet the regulatory and internal control requirements related to these activities
**Le profil**
- You have a master's degree with a financial orientation or equivalent experience
- You have a solid foundation in financial analysis, you are able to analyze the balance sheet and the main financial and non-financial ratios
- You have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the field of credit analysis
- You have a good knowledge of financial products, particularly in relation to asset management within a financial institution
- You have a basic understanding of ESG analysis, you are able to analyze ESG policies and key indicators
- You are curious and have the desire to develop your IT knowledge, mainly in the BI field. You will have a good knowledge of Excel and, more specifically, of SAP Business Object or MicroStrategy, which are also important assets
- Knowledge of French and Dutch is an asset. You also have a knowledge of English
- You are methodical, organized and rigorous
- You have a critical sense and a spirit of synthesis
- You have leadership and assertiveness skills
- You have the interpersonal skills necessary for the cross-functional exercise of the function
- You are autonomous but able to work in a team
