**What You'll Do**:
- Work with the IT P2P team to deliver added value to the BPO Procurement.
- Report to the IT P2P team lead.
- Be a trusted partner of the BPO to understand business strategies and priorities.
- Translate business priorities into appropriate technology efforts and a delivery roadmap.
- Ensure timely, qualitative, and cost-effective delivery of projects and change requests.
- Gather and evaluate business demands in alignment with the demand side.
- Collaborate with development/delivery teams to support and evolve the product.
- Keep product knowledge up to date with market evolution.
**What You'll Bring**:
- Fluent English. Knowledge of other European languages is an advantage (Dutch, French, Spanish, German )
- Strong & impactful communication skills (both oral and written), presentation skills and interpersonal skills to deal effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in project management or interest to takes this on.
- Strong analytical skills, conceptual thinking with an ability to translate complex technical information into business focused solutions, incl. design thinking.
- Customer focus mindset, ability to deliver customer-centric solutions that drive business value and/or efficiency.
- Knowledge of Agile delivery methods.
- Experience with RPA automation, Fiori and low code tools are a plus.
- Openess to occasional travel.
