Functieomschrijving
Je bereidt commercieel of statistisch onderzoek en analyses voor, die worden gebruikt bij de ontwikkeling van bedrijfsstrategieën en -tactieken. U bent de financiële sparringpartner voor het (middel)management en corporate. Je beschikt over uitstekende theoretische en praktische kennis van verschillende financiële en analytische technieken en het vermogen om uw werk efficiënt te plannen en deadlines te halen. Je rapporteert aan de Controlling Manager.
- Commercieel beleid: Bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling en implementatie van commercieel beleid, richtlijnen en protocollen om naleving van voorschriften en goede commerciële praktijken te waarborgen.
- Business Case bijdrage: Ontwikkelen en initiëren van businesscases, uitvoeren van investeringsanalyses en nacalculaties, en optimaliseren van profitabiliteit/EBIT.
- Financiële modellering: Opstellen en opvolgen van Key Performance Indicators en ondersteunen van de businessgroei door middel van financial modelling.
- Datacollectie en analyse: Uitvoeren van onderzoek en analyses om inzicht te krijgen in belangrijke thema's en trends, en het maken van prijs
- en volumeanalyses.
- Aanbevelingen: Adviseren van managers en geven van presentaties om aanbevelingen begrijpelijk te maken en door te voeren.
- Gegevensbeheer: Beheren van werkkapitaal en leverbetrouwbaarheid, en ondersteunen van data management systemen.
- Inzichten en rapportage: Voorbereiden van gegevens
- en analyserapporten, maandelijkse management rapportages.
- Informatie en zakelijk advies: Oplossen van vragen van interne en externe klanten, en ondersteunen van de bedrijfsstrategie.
- Ontwikkeling van eigen kennis: Actief deelnemen aan evaluatie
- en ontwikkelingsactiviteiten, volgen van trainingen en conferenties, en bijdragen aan de verhoging van de financiële kennis binnen de organisatie.
Jouw profiel
- Master diploma in economische wetenschappen of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Minimum 5-7 jaar beroepservaring in (Commercial) Business Controlling, bij voorkeur met ervaring in audit
- Ervaring met ERP-CRM en BI-Office of Power BI
- Goede beheersing van Nederlands en goede kennis van Engels
- Competenties: Verantwoordelijkheid; Vindingrijkheid, Samenwerken; Financieel inzicht; optimalisatie werkprocessen; Manager complexiteit; Aansturen; Technisch begrip
