The Commercial Ecosystem team is a vital part of our Benelux commercial organization. It sits at the crossroads between our business teams, IT and finance. We are dedicated to empowering our commercial colleagues with modern digital solutions that we co-create, manage, and grow to best meet our business needs. You will be joining a young team in a dynamic environment, at a key stage in our commercial and digital transformation, leading to many challenges and opportunities ahead. Do you feel up for it?

Responsibilities and Associated Skills:

- Commercial Systems Ownership: You will be responsible for managing commercial platforms, and as such will need to perform on recurring and ad-hoc requests. Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
- Business Analysis: You understand who your stakeholders are and identify their needs. You know how to build your own network within the organization. As such, you have experience eliciting requirements, translating commercial language into clear IT specifications. You do not fear to challenge service delivery parties and commercial stakeholders. You can think out of the box and provide alternative solutions.
- Data & RPA: You are comfortable working with data and know how to extract and manipulate it for reporting, controls, and analysis purposes. You have a hatred of technical debt and are on the lookout for tasks or processes to automate. Knowledge of the Power Platform is appreciated, and an intermediate competency in Excel is mandatory.
- Soft Skills: Clear written & verbal communication. Pronounced business acumen.
- Fluent in English. Dutch and/or French are a considered as a plus.

You will report directly to the Manager of the Benelux Commercial Ecosystem, who in turn reports to the Head of Markets for Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg.

What will the selection process look like?
- Assessment Tests

The tests are integrated in the selection process to increase objectivity of the final decision making. The assessment tests for this role is a cognitive ability test. The results will not be saved in the employee’s file, and will only be used in the context of the vacancy for which the employee is applying. Results are therefore not used for purposes of performance evaluation.
- Cognitive Ability Test: Report links under three headings:
1. Deductive reasoning (measuring the ability drawing logical conclusions)

2. Inductive reasoning (measuring conceptual and analytical thinking)

3. Numerical reasoning (measuring capacity to understand numerical data and interpret mathematical information correctly)
