Job Purpose:
As an experienced Account Manager in IT and Cybersecurity solutions, your role is pivotal in identifying and developing commercial opportunities. The primary goal is to establish and nurture business relationships, creating sales channels in both private and public sectors within the Belgian market. This position supports Mozaik ICT’s mission to deliver integrated cybersecurity solutions at various organizational levels - Strategic Human Governance and Tooling.
Your main responsibilities:
- Target small to large enterprises facing cybersecurity challenges, staffing needs, or compliance requirements.
- Develop proposals in coordination with recruitment and operations departments.
- Negotiate agreement terms with potential clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in the system.
- Strengthen relationships with key decision-makers on the client side.
Your competencies
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in selling IT or Cybersecurity solutions.
- Familiarity with the dynamics of the IT staffing services market.
- Fluency in French, Dutch, and English.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Desire to grow with the company and initiate projects from the ground up.
