Account Manager - Dell Financial Services

We are currently hiring for an Inside Sales Account Manager to strengthen the DFS team. In this position, you will be responsible for promoting and integrating DFS payment solutions into the Dell Technologies offering in the Medium Business segment in Belgium. Through consultative selling, your focus will be on offering payment solutions to enable your customers’ business and IT transformation. In order to provide customers with a total integrated package that includes technology and financing solutions, you work closely with Dell sales teams, Dell partners and customers.

You will:

- Deliver fast, professional and consistent sales & account management service to Dell Technologies, partners and customers. Build close relationships with stakeholders and maintain regular contact with all parties to present, position and discuss DFS solutions and how these solutions will contribute to our customers’ IT and financial strategy and objectives
- Prospect new customer accounts and understand their financing needs, price different types of leases, focus upon the generation of profitable business for the company
- Achieve targeted lease volume, lease penetration rates and profitability targets on the assigned portfolio and the Dell Belgium Medium Business segment. Build and grow the flow (small value deals) to help achieving your targets
- In collaboration with DFS marketing teams, animate floors with incentives, fun and sales collateral so that we can create buzz on financing initiatives
- Pipeline management, forecasting and Account Planning in Salesforce. Provide a reliable monthly forecast; ensure deal and customer data is up to date in Salesforce as well as ensuring Partner Accounts are set up correctly. Use and promote DFS’ automated Financing Connect tool for quoting and document generation

Essential Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in combination with 1-2 years of work experience, ideally in an internal sales or customer facing role OR Bachelor work level combined with at least 3 years of experience in an internal sales or customer facing role
- Affinity with technology and working with numbers
- Good interpersonal and communication skills; able to network, present and influence. Able to build, develop and maintain long-term relationships.
- Problem-solving attitude and skills.
- Ambitious, eager to learn and driven to achieve excellent results.
- Fluency in both Dutch and English

Desirable Requirements
- Experience in selling financial solutions in the IT industry
