À Malines (BE), nous représentons les marques Buderus et Bosch via Bosch Thermotechnology. Nefit et Bosch sont en outre les marques de Bosch Thermotechniek à Deventer (NL). Ensemble, nous formons l’organisation BeNe et sommes un acteur de premier plan sur les marchés résidentiels, utilitaires et industriels.
Notre gamme de produits s’articule autour d’un large éventail de solutions durables pour le chauffage et la production d’eau chaude. Il s’agit notamment de la combinaison hybride d’une pompe à chaleur et d’une chaudière ; nous travaillons sur des appareils de chauffage central fonctionnant à l’hydrogène plutôt qu’au gaz naturel, ainsi que sur des systèmes intelligents de stockage et de gestion de l’énergie. Les produits électriques tels que les systèmes de climatisation Bosch pour le refroidissement et le chauffage sont également présents dans notre assortiment. En étroite collaboration avec les spécialistes de la R&D de Deventer et d’autres sites, nous mettons tout en œuvre pour développer des technologies durables révolutionnaires pour l’avenir.

**Description du poste**:
En tant que formateur technique, vous dispenserez des formations sur les produits aux clients et aux collègues internes. Vous fournissez également des formations sur mesure pour soutenir les services de vente et aider le service marketing à se préparer pour les foires commerciales.
Vous développez de nouveaux cours de formation et effectuez les recherches nécessaires à cet effet. La coopération avec des établissements d'enseignement ou avec d'autres entreprises en fait également partie.
De nombreux cours de formation sont encore dispensés en face à face. Votre défi sera de contribuer au développement de nouveaux concepts de formation (par exemple l'utilisation de médias tels que la vidéo, la formation basée sur le web, la réalité virtuelle, etc.) dans lesquels les méthodes de travail et les fonctionnalités de nos produits sont transmises d'une manière professionnelle, efficace, claire et conviviale. Avec vos collègues formateurs techniques, vous êtes en partie interchangeables sur certains produits, mais compte tenu de la transition énergétique, l'accent sera mis sur les pompes à chaleur et d'autres produits électriques tels que la climatisation.
Vous êtes une autorité en matière de connaissance technique des produits et des systèmes. Nos produits n'ont plus de secrets pour vous et vous êtes capable de transmettre ces connaissances et d'enthousiasmer les participants à la formation comme personne d'autre (avec pour effet secondaire la promotion de nos produits).
Vous jouez un rôle important dans la préparation de l'introduction de nouveaux produits sur le marché ; vous êtes l'un des premiers à connaître le nouveau produit. À cette fin, vous participez à des formations internes, que ce soit ou non dans une succursale étrangère de l'organisation Bosch.
Grâce à votre connaissance des produits et des systèmes, vous pouvez fournir une assistance de troisième ligne pour résoudre les problèmes sur le terrain.
**Qualifications**:
Niveau de travail et de réflexion de bachelier ou de master.
Connaissance et expérience dans le secteur HVAC.
Une affinité avec les produits de chauffage et d'eau chaude et la technologie d'installation est indispensable. La connaissance et l'expérience des pompes à chaleur et/ou de la climatisation sont un atout.
Vous avez un bon sens de la communication et une bonne empathie pour dispenser des formations à différents groupes cibles ; vous avez de bonnes compétences didactiques.
Vous maîtrisez les techniques de présentation (faire et donner).
Enthousiasme pour jouer dans des vidéos
Connaissance approfondie de Microsoft Office et d'Adobe Creative Cloud.
Bonne communication orale et écrite en flamand, en français et en anglais.
Pas de mentalité "neuf à cinq" ; les sessions de formation peuvent avoir lieu pendant la journée ou le soir.
