**Robert Half** **Talent Solutions **is momenteel op zoek naar een **Legal - Claim Handler - Compliance Officer **voor een klant gelegen in Brussel.
Onze klant is een bedrijf actief in de **transport & logistiek sector**.
Als **Legal**:
- Claim Handler - Compliance Officer **zal u volgende **verantwoordelijkheden** hebben:
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het gehele nationale en internationale contractbeheer (van het opstellen, het mede-onderhandelen tot administratieve opvolging en het uitwerken van type contracten) van commerciële overeenkomsten, handelsagentuur
- en andere partnerovereenkomsten, SLA's, huurcontracten, verzekeringspolissen etc;
- Je dient regelmatig _ad hoc_adviezen te verlenen over alle mogelijke onderwerpen m.b.t. bedrijfsvoering;
- Je zal eveneens je analyses en adviezen dienen te geven in de practische afhandeling van schade en andere dossiers. Je beheert dit mee in een claimsteam van A tot Z, gaande van de registratie tot de opvolging, alsook de negotiatie met alle betrokken partijen, makelaars,verzekeraars, experten;
- Je integreert nieuwe wetgeving en reglementering in processen en documenten en beheert dit vanuit een centrale structuur. Bv. Compliance op vlak van GDPR, KYC, UBO, sustainability.;
- Je volgt de bestaande procedures maar denkt na om de processen te optimaliseren bij de uitvoering van je taken.
De vereiste **kwalificaties** voor de functie van **Legal**:
- Claim Handler - Compliance Officer **zijn:
- Je hebt een juridisch diploma (master of rechtspraktijk) of gelijkwaardig door ervaring (economisch-, handels-, contracten-, venootschapsrecht);
- Je kennis van transport en logistiekrecht is een pluspunt;
- Je kennis van verzekeringsrecht is eveneens een pluspunt;
- Je beschikt over een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en het Frans en een goede kennis van het Engels;
- Je bent een doener, doet aan constante voortgangsbewaking. Je werkt proactief en neemt initiatief waar nodig, bent communicatief sterk en kan vlot in contact treden met verschillende gesprekspartners;
- Je bent empatisch en beschikt over de nodige _social skills_. Je bent een echte entrepreneur en commercieel ingesteld;
- Je bent praktisch, pragmatisch en een echte _problem solver_, gedreven en een echte doorzetter, diplomatisch en leergierig.
