- Fluxys est un groupe international d’infrastructures énergétiques comptant 1.300 employés actifs dans le domaine du transport & stockage de gaz et du terminalling de gaz naturel liquéfié.

Nous explorons de nouvelles technologies et investissons dans des infrastructures pour transporter de l’hydrogène, du biométhane, du CO2 et d’autres molécules en vue d’un avenir climatiquement neutre.
Au sein de Fluxys Belgium, le département Federal-EU Regulatory travaille sur le suivi des réglementations belge et européenne, le développement et l’évolution des documents régulés qui assurent un accès réglementé des tiers aux infrastructures de Fluxys Belgium et la définition des tarifs réglementés pour l’utilisation de l’infrastructure du groupe Fluxys Belgium (transport, stockage, terminalling) conformément à la méthodologie fixée par le régulateur.
Pour le département Federal-EU Regulatory dans nos bureaux à Bruxelles, nous sommes à la recherche d’un **Regulatory Advisor** (h/f/x).
Vous participez à la croissance de Fluxys en assurant que les nouveaux services développés par Fluxys soient conformes au cadre régulatoire belge et européen. Vous collaborez activement au positionnement de Fluxys dans le nouveau mix énergétique requis par la transition énergétique et climatique.
- En tant que Regulatory Advisor, votre rôle est de soutenir les activités gazières régulées et de mettre en place et développer le positionnement régulatoire de Fluxys orienté vers les besoins des clients. Vous défendez les positions de Fluxys face aux autorités compétentes au niveau national et européen en rédigeant, expliquant et en obtenant l’approbation des documents tarifaires et régulatoires pour le transport, le stockage et les services de terminalling ou d'autres services liés au gaz naturel, au biométhane et aux gaz bas carbone.
- Gestion des documents tarifaires et régulatoires (rédaction et coordination)
- Vous concevez des documents régulatoires (programme de transmission, code d'accès, conditions de service, etc.)
- Vous coordonnez et surveillez la préparation de ces documents en collaboration avec les départements concernés
- Vous défendez les documents régulatoires et obtenez leur approbation par le ou les régulateurs appropriés
- Vous participez à l'élaboration des documents tarifaires
- Suivi tarifaire
- Vous assurez le suivi et analysez l’évolution des composantes du revenu autorisé et vérifiez leur conformité avec les documents tarifaires
- Suivi de la régulation
- Vous assurez une veille afin d’identifier toute modification régulatoire qui pourrait avoir un impact sur Fluxys
- Gestion des stakeholders
- Vous représentez Fluxys auprès des régulateurs et des parties concernées, en supportant nos analyses et nos positions avec assurance et expertise
- Vous êtes titulaire d’un Master, de préférence en économie, finance, économétrie ou ingénierie civile
- Vous avez une forte aisance avec les chiffres
- Passionné par le secteur de l’énergie, vous pouvez démontrer votre intérêt pour ce domaine
- Vous justifiez d’au moins 2 ans d’expérience
- Vous possédez de solides compétences relationnelles et un sens de la communication qui vous permet de créer un réel impact
- Vous aimez prendre des initiatives, êtes proactif et savez faire preuve d’autonomie
- Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour vos très bonnes capacités d’analyse et de synthèse
- Argumenter et convaincre font partie de vos points forts, et vous excellez dans la création de présentations claires et percutantes
- Vous appréciez le travail en équipe et partagez spontanément les informations
- Pragmatique et orienté solutions, vous adoptez une approche constructive face aux défis
