Onze Compensation and Benefits Specialist beheert en organiseert alles rond compensation en benefits voor Nederland, België en Duitsland. Je bent aanvullend een ondersteuner voor onze Finance Manager.

**Wat ga je doen?**

Naast het opdoen en delen van de kennis en inzichten in wat het beste is op Compensation & Benefits-vlak voor de organisatie, kijk je ook naar oplossingen gebaseerd op de personeelsbehoeften (marktconformiteit) en initieer je overleg met de HR Manager hieromtrent. Je implementeert het Comp & Ben beleid en je krijgt energie van administratieve ondersteuning.

Op die manier help je de organisatie bij een correcte payroll verwerking die de prestaties, het vertrouwen van de organisatie en de tevredenheid van onze medewerkers vergroot.

Het uiteindelijke doel is om talentvolle medewerkers te kunnen aantrekken, te behouden en te motiveren, terwijl het de retentie verhoogd en het profiel van Eurofins Digital Testing & Cyber Security als de fijnste werkplek wordt versterkt.

Functieomschrijving

**Comp & Ben**
- Administratieve ondersteuning van de payrollverwerking voor België, Nederland en Duitsland. De payroll verwerking zelf gebeurt door de Finance Manager in België en door de Shared Service Centers in Nederland en Duitsland.
- Assisteren van de salarisadministratie (bijv. verlof, ziektedagen en werkschema's, urenregistratie, prestatiecontrole).
- Zorgen voor een correcte toepassing van de Nederlandse, Belgische en Duitse sociale wetgeving en arbeidsrecht.
- Ondersteunen bij ziektedossiers, exit dossier en internationale compensation & benefits dossiers.
- Ondersteuning bij visum aanvragen.
- Definiëren van een eerlijk, billijk en concurrerend totaalpakket van vergoedingen en voordelen dat past bij en is afgestemd op de strategie en bedrijfsdoelstellingen van Eurofins Digital Testing & Cyber Security. Je beheert dit op BeNeLux niveau en in samenspraak met de HR Manager Benelux.
- Interne databases bijwerken (bijv. HR Tool,...).

**Finance**
- Facturatie en opvolgen debiteuren

**Admin**
- Je houdt personeelsdossiers bij.
- Je beheert de HR-documenten (bijv. Arbeidsdossiers, onboarding-en exit dossiers).
- Je werkt de nodige databases bij.
- Hr-documenten voorbereiden, zoals arbeidscontracten, onboarding nieuwe medewerkers, exit admin, enz
- Regelen van reisaanvragen en verwerken van onkostenformulieren.
- Deelnemen aan HR-projecten.

Functie-eisen

**Vereisten en vaardigheden**
- Master of Bachelor in human resources, bedrijfskunde of financiën of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Je hebt kennis van de Belgische en Nederlandse sociale wetgeving.
- Kennis van de Duitse sociale wetgeving is een plus.
- Bewezen werkervaring als Compensation and Benefits Specialist.
- Eerdere ervaring in HR-praktijken en beheer van beloningscycli.
- Bekendheid met verschillende soorten incentives en voordelen.
- Uitgebreide kennis van MS Office.
- Sterke kwantitatieve en analytische vaardigheden.
- Je bent punctueel, integer en gestructureerd.
- Je werkt heel graag samen met collega’s.
- Je werkplaats is Hasselt maar je bent bereid om minimum 1 dag per week/tweewekelijks vanuit het kantoor in Haarlem te werken.
