**HR Compensation & Benefits Specialist**
**Context**:
- The Subject Matter Expert has in-depth understanding / knowledge of the following topics: payroll, fleet, benefits administration and compensation.
- Supporting the management and the various departments within the HR department and in all activities related to HR, in certain specialist areas (Reward & Social Relations, Fleet, Systems & Tools, etc.).
- The SME will have the ability to perform any related tasks at a master level.
**Principal responsibilities**:
- Providing information, advice or specialized HR services to the HR organisation or to employees in specific areas (area of expertise), thereby allowing appropriate decisions to be taken and relevant policy and procedures to be adapted within the organisation.
- Recognizing, based on your expertise, the main areas of vulnerability in a complex environment, and to propose solutions in a pragmatic way that is focused on the activities.
- Developing knowledge, processes and tools relating to the area of expertise.
**Language requirements**:
- French - fluent
- Dutch - fluent
- English - fluent
**Required qualifications / experience**:
- Relevant degree (preferably at Masters level)
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience
Mandatory business experience:
