In your daily role as Tender Coordinator, you will be in contact with a lot of stakeholders, such as Field sales, KAM Tender, Technical experts
**Your responsabilities**:
- Build on and support our customers from within the At Work & Instutional channel
- Coordinate each incoming, outgoing and upcoming tender and ensure deadlines are respected (NL/FR)
- Communicate and align strategic tendering goals to our Field Sales and KAM teams
- Coach and develop Sales reps on needed tender procedures (give regular training in NL/FR)
- Manage historical data about all relevant tender activities appropriately (Who wins, why, how)
- Evaluate current Tender Procedures and regularly adjust and optimize the Business Plan, based on experience and current market info
- Network and lobby with customers via organization/coordination of events
**Profile**
You have the following skills:
- You have a high customer orientation
- You are very fluent in Dutch and French (especially written but also spoken language)
- You are fluent in English
