In your daily role as Tender Coordinator, you will be in contact with a lot of stakeholders, such as Field sales, Key Account Managers, technical expertsYou are therefore a true team player_
- You play a crucial role in advising and assisting Field Sales and the Key Account Managers to win deals. You have end to end responsibility over the coordination of the tender process for both national and local tenders. First, you will assist our teams via correct administration and analysis in order to start influencing on time. Upon publication of each tender, you will assign the final lead (local of national) and ensure that each offer is handed in on time and in the most qualitative way possible. From your experience with day-to-day tender processes, you act as an expert / coach for the BWS and Vending team, and you formulate recommendations to decide on the right strategic approach and investment. You are eager to win deals as a team, and from that aspiration, you help to obtain/prepare the right data in order to define how to become more successful in the future._
- _ 50-60% of the role contains administrative tasks_
- _ 40-50% involves communication/internal stakeholder management_
- This role is very broad, and enables you to develop a strong internal network and several skills, all with a commercial touch_

Key Responsibilities_**
- _ Build on and support our customers from within the At Work & Institutional channel_
- _ Coordinate each incoming, outgoing and upcoming tender and ensure deadlines are respected (in Dutch and French)_
- _ Communicate and align strategic tendering goals to our Field Sales and KAM teams_
- _ Coach and develop Sales reps on needed tender procedures (give regular training in Dutch and French)_
- _ Manage historical data about all relevant tender activities appropriately (Who wins, why, how) _
- _Evaluate current Tender Procedures and regularly adjust and optimize the Business Plan, based on experience and current market info_
- _ Network and lobby with customers via organization/coordination of events_
