We are looking for a Business Support Coordinator to join our team in Brussels, Belgium.
**Responsibilities**
- Reporting into the Alight Belgium country lead
- Support the country lead with his day to day activities ensuring excellent and efficient solutions in a wide range of Alight Belgium responsibility domains
- Support Belgian key leadership team with the day to day activities
- Support the business development department with all internal/external related activities allowing Alight Belgium to increase our winning changes in the Belgian and international business development area
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales team to support admin tasks
- Collaborate with IT support and other internal support domain to provide best possible experience to our internal/external stakeholders
- Organize and deliver presentations
- Support the process to respond to tenders/RFP’s
- Scheduling, coordinating, organizing and leading team events;
- Assisting with events that include seminars and community events
- Maintain the office facilities (kitchen and office supply, contact with cleaning company, etc);
- Providing support for staff team meetings.
- Supporting finance process for the site, i.e. PO, invoices, expenses, etc.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills (Essential);
- Proven experience in either administration/compliance/procurement/ is essential;
- Numerate and comfortable with figures;
- Thorough and accurate approach, with excellent attention to detail (Essential);
- Confident user of MS Office software packages: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook (Essential);
- Being an excellent and proud Belgian representative of Alight Belgium
- Professional telephone and personal communication skills;
- Experience of multi-tasking and managing work flows;
- Have a minimum of 1 years’ experience of working in an administrative or office support role;
- Positive and able to operate in a fast paced environment
- Highly accurate with attention to detail;
- Flexible teamplayer and adaptable;
- Always looking to improve current processes in place
- Sense of urgency driven and capable of taking on multiple and diverse activities in 1 day
- Ability to work well in a team;
- Ability to learn new systems quickly and become a “super user”;
- Be confident in using MS Office packages such as Excel & PowerPoint;
- Well organised and able to work well under pressure.
