Algemene opdracht
- Leidt en coördineert het centrale en geconsolideerde beheer van de projectportefeuille van de P&V Groep
- Ontwikkelt en bewaakt een actueel kwalitatief zicht op bedrijfsbrede projectenkalender om volledige en betrouwbare informatie te geven ter ondersteuning van de beslissingen (directieniveau) in PBO (jaarlijks) en QBR (driemaandelijks)
- Ontwikkelt de plannings-en governance processen verder

Verantwoordelijkheden

Organiseert, faciliteert en bewaakt het doel van de transversale ceremonieën PBO+ en QBR+ en de Portfolio Governance
- Is de ‘owner’ van de processen: documenteert ze en verbetert ze continue
- Geeft training en support/coaching aan de medewerkers die de processenuitvoeren
- Verzekert zich dat alle medewerkers de juiste tools en informatie ter beschikking hebben om de processen uit te voeren
- Faciliteert de processen: plant PBO/QBR events in en faciliteertdeze

Werkt samen met de Portfolio driehoeken om een bedrijfsbrede projectenkalender op te bouwen en dependencies te beheren

Consolideert de driemaandelijkse project review voor de raad van bestuur en het directiecomité

Bereidt beslissingsondersteunende documentatie en analyses voor (afwijkingen, arbitragevoorstellen) in samenwerking met verschillende stakeholders (IT DPMO, CdG, portfolio driehoeken)

Votre profil

Communiceert in NL en FR met affiniteit voor de verzekeringssector ;
5+ years experience in a strategic role (e.g., planning, portfolio management) or business lead role

Recommended 5+ years in de sector of soortgelijke sector met dezelfde uitdagingen
Hands-on experience with agile deployment, official agile certification a plus

Sterk communicatie vaardigheden, active listening, conflict resolution, leadership skills (entrepreneur, coach):
Bruggenbouwer, creëert transversaal betrokkenheid & transparantie met directieleden en projectverantwoordelijken

Ability to use analysis to prioritize business value (manager)

Experience with technology and ability to facilitate collaboration between diverse business-focused and technology-focused teams
