**IT Strategic Workforce Planning Consultant Banking - Brussels**

BACKGROUND

As a leading player in the financial services sector the client is going through a high pace Digital Transformation and growth.

In order to support our strategy and our transformation we are setting up a strategic IT workforce planning process:

- Our ambition is to set up a regular strategic workforce planning process which would include:

- The definition of an IT skills inventory
- Providing visibility on IT skills and IT skills gaps vs future needs
- buy vs build analysis related to IT skills needs
- Building an IT skills trajectory, and embedding that in hiring plans, sourcing plans, upskilling plans
- Setting up a process to monitor skills acquiring plans (which could be related to sourcing or upskilling)

As part of our IT transformation journey, we aim to ensure that our people have the right capabilities (skills, trainings, certifications, etc.) to deliver our strategy:
We are looking for an experienced professional that would help with:

- Subject matter expertise in IT skills
- A thorough understanding of IT skills frameworks
- IT talent management
- IT strategic Workforce planning thorough understanding
- Market knowledge vs where IT skills can be acquired
- Build a target operating model for the IT strategic workforce planning

Your mission would be to:

- Build a skills inventory for the IT organization, using a flexible and up to date skills taxonomy
- Provide consultancy on options where and how to acquire the skills
- Help us create and embed the IT strategic workforce planning process
- Set up an advisory service on IT skills trends

**REQUIREMENT**

Previous experience in advising and producing deliverables related to Sourcing and Skills evolution; IT Strategic Workforce Planning
- Ideally, relevant experience in a Tech company hence hands on understanding of Tech Skills
- Market best practices on strategic workforce planning
- IT talent management experience
- Show strong, proven experience in the topic of Sourcing, specifically covering the topics of sourcing mix evolution, sourcing skills, strong working knowledge of skills related to (IT technical, soft and business skills) and a good understanding of location transformation and contractor massification.
- The ability to closely collaborate with the existing project team and the Initiative Lead and work together, independently and as a team, in the most efficient way.
- Ability to quickly understand Euroclear Tech's organization and activities.
- Ability to adapt and evolve in an international context, and understand and fit with Euroclear's culture and values.
- Pragmatic approach and at ease (and likes to work) in a VUCA environment.
- Fluent, professional English skills required (verbal and written).
