- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for QA testing and cybersecurity positions
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers throughout the selection process
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation
- Stay up-to-date with IT industry trends, particularly in QA testing and cybersecurity
- Collaborate with HR and department heads to understand staffing needs and create accurate job descriptions
- Organize and participate in job fairs and recruitment events
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent in the tech industry

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in the IT industry
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting for technical roles, specifically in QA testing and cybersecurity
- Strong understanding of QA testing methodologies and cybersecurity principles
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws
- Familiarity with IT industry trends and the job market for QA and cybersecurity professionals
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and comfortable with learning new technologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Dutch or French is a plus
