**Jouw taken**:

- Je beheert de applicatie van contract over SLA tot facturatie en bent eerste aanspreekpunt voor alle stakeholders, intern en extern.
- Optimalisatie van budget (#licensies, meerwaarde CR’s, etc
- Samenwerken met de CISO om op regelmatige basis de security status van de applicaties te verifiëren en de software partner daarin accountable houden.
- Samen met de Business Process Owners, de analisten en de project manager zorg je dat change requests opgevolgd en uitgevoerd worden.
- Je coördineert het testen van nieuwe releases en biedt ondersteuning bij de analyse van nieuwe modules
- Je zorgt ook voor de hand-over van het project team naar productie; zowel naar eindgebruikers als naar de 1st line support van de helpdesk.
- Je verzorgt de second-line support van onze front
- en back-office applicaties en beantwoordt hieromtrent vragen van onze kantoren.
- Je staat in voor de praktische organisatie van werkgroepen over deze applicaties.
- Je staat in voor opleidingen aan eigen medewerkers omtrent ons systeem en voor coaching van de experten uit de business.
- Je stelt handleidingen op voor de gebruikers en houdt het cursusmateriaal over ons applicatielandschap up-to-date.
- Je staat in voor de interne IT-communicatie via intranet en nieuwsbrieven.
- Je hebt regelmatig contact met de collega’s uit de kantoren van onze business units Amplo, Ascento, Agilitas en Home Services & Care.

**Je profiel**:

- Je hebt bij voorkeur een bachelor/master diploma in een IT richting of beschikt over een gelijkwaardige ervaring.
- Kennis van de uitzendsector en basiskennis sociale wetgeving is een pluspunt.
- Je bent sterk analytisch en werkt zeer probleemoplossingsgericht.
- Je beschikt over vlotte communicatieve vaardigheden en houdt van kennisdeling.
- Je beschikt over een basiskennis SQL of hebt een sterke interesse om je hierin bij te scholen.
- Je hebt een uitstekende kennis Nederlands en een goede kennis Frans.
- Je werkt graag ondersteunend, bent flexibel en stressbestendig.
