Notre client est une entreprise active dans le **secteur du marketing**.

Les **responsabilités** principales du **Finance Manager**:

- Vous coachez, motivez et êtes présent pour votre équipe. Vous faites en sorte que les tâches soient clairement définies, vous veillez à l'évolution de votre team et vous corrigez en cas de besoin ;
- Vous assurez différentes tâches opérationnelles telles que le cashflow, planning & forecasting, budgetting annuel, les clôtures (mensuelles et trimestrielles) et le reporting ;
- Vous supervisez la comptabilité et veillez à ce que les normes de qualité et deadlines soient respectées ;
- Vous faites le suivi des audits internes et externes ;
- En tant que Finance Business Partner, vous soutenez les autres départements pour des projets et cherchez à optimiser les procédures existantes ;
- Vous contribuez activement à l'amélioration du service et du fonctionnement interne ;
- Vous rapportez à notre Directeur Financier.

Le **profil** requis pour le poste de **Finance Manager**:

- Vous avez une expérience solide (minimum 10 ans) en contrôle de gestion / finance management ;
- Vous avez une expérience pertinente en gestion d'équipe / people management ;
- Vous parlez couramment le néerlandais ou le français et pouvez-vous exprimer facilement dans l'autre langue nationale. La connaissance de l'anglais est également requise ;
- Vous avez des excellentes connaissances en Excel et une connaissance basique US Gaap ;
- Un véritable leader et coach: vous accordez de l'attention au développement de votre équipe et vous êtes capable de les motiver et de les soutenir ;
- Business Partner : votre communication transparente, intégrité et détermination font de vous un collègue crédible et fiable ;
- Ownership : vous prenez les projets et défis en main, êtes proactif et prenez des initiatives ;
- Flexible, vous vous adaptez facilement au sein d'un environnement en perpétuelle évolution et vous êtes capable d'identifiés les priorités et de respecter les délais ;
- Votre travail fait preuve de rigueur et d'une attention aux détails ;
- Et last but not least: un esprit optimiste et un sens de l'humour
