**Could you be our new colleague “Account Manager Agencies”?**:
To reinforce our commercial team, we are looking for a dynamic, results-driven, and client-oriented professional. As part of the Sales Team, you will integrate a dynamic team of six professionals while focusing on your own dedicated market: media and communication agencies. While collaborating closely with all internal teams, you will independently manage and develop your own portfolio.

Our clients include leading brands from the top 200 companies as well as the top 20 media and PR agencies in Belgium, who trust our solutions to deliver results.

**Are you a team player?**:
The Account Manager Agencies works in collaboration with different teams to achieve success: a presales team, a sales team with Business Developers, aftersales with Customer Success & Care and a Marketing team. We are therefore looking for a real team player who can use all of them as an asset to grow and strengthen our relationships with the agencies.

**What you’ll do**:

- You strengthen the **relationships**with all **Belgian PR agencies.***:

- You grow revenue with media & PR agencies across Belgium.
- You **further develop**the commercial **strategy**for agencies with the Chief Growth Officer.
- You execute the strategy aligned with the commercial targets.
- You lead an **end-to-end sales cycle,** from detecting opportunities to closing deals.
- You build and maintain strong strategic relationships with decision-makers (C-Level, partners, account directors).
- You promote our solutions by demonstrating their added value to agencies.
- You participate in networking events to strengthen our presence in the market.
- You will report directly to Dimme, the Chief Growth Officer.

**What you’ll need**:

- You have proven experience in PR, communication, or media agencies.
- You know the Belgian media sector and agencies.
- You have experience in managing full sales cycles and building long-term partnerships.
- You have experience in working with commercial targets.
- You are able to engage with high-level decision-makers (C-Level).
- You have experience in negotiation and partnership management.
- You are able to work independently while maintaining close collaboration with internal teams.
- You have experience in launching and growing a market strategy.
- You are solution-selling minded.
- You have excellent knowledge of French, Dutch and English.
