Juvah Ventilation Systems is a leading company in the field of ventilation solutions, specializing in providing high-quality, innovative, and energy-efficient ventilation products and services. The company is dedicated to improving indoor air quality (IAQ) in various settings, including commercial, industrial, and residential buildings. Juvah Ventilation Systems' products are designed to enhance occupant comfort, health, and productivity while reducing energy consumption and environmental impact.
- National Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with national clients, including understanding their business needs, providing technical expertise, and offering customized solutions for their ventilation requirements.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through market research, industry events, and other strategic methods. Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate and expand the national client base.
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively presenting and promoting Juvah Ventilation Systems' products and services to national clients, negotiating contracts, and closing sales deals.
- Customer Relationship Management: Provide excellent customer service by responding to client inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing complaints in a timely and professional manner. Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, operations, and customer service, to ensure smooth order processing, timely delivery, and seamless after-sales support to national clients.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities and proactively address challenges. Provide feedback to the leadership team on market trends and customer requirements.
- Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate sales records, prepare sales reports, forecasts, and other documentation as required. Provide regular updates to the leadership team on sales performance and progress towards targets.

**The Successful Applicant**:

- Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.
- Proven experience in sales and account management, preferably in the ventilation systems or construction industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with national clients.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Nice to have -> Knowledge of ventilation systems and related products and services.
- Ability to travel nationally as required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
