We are looking for a Managing Consultant Customer & market insights
for our frog capability unit to strengthen our team.

What will you do at Capgemini Invent:

- You will be involved in
- Driving our customer-centric projects by providing, planning and executing appropriate approaches to gathering required customer & market insights in close collaboration with the rest of the project team
- Identifying market opportunities for growth, innovation & optimization by assessing the market & competition context and providing insights-based estimations of market potential
- Acting as the linking pin between the strategic business questions of our clients and the available data to provide the relevant insights for informed decision-making throughout our projects. A strong capability in storytelling of insights is required to translate data into insights into action recommendations.
- Steering a small team on project execution
- Building & expanding our frog capability in the field of customer & market insights, leveraging new technologies & methodologies, and connecting to our international network of frog Insights experts
- Acting as managing member of our frog projects, beyond the Insights scope, contributing to the end-to-end success of our strategic & transformation projects- You will be part of the Invent Family and Get the future you want- Achieve your professional goals and set your own development path according to your interests

What will you bring to Capgemini Invent?

You’ll bring your proven 5+ years of experience in customer & market research consulting (execution and management,). You are capable of translating our client’s needs of understanding their customers and market context into appropriate research approaches and can translate the findings into business recommendations, driving our frog customer transformation & strategy projects.

Confident in working in an international and technology-driven environment (but not necessarily from an IT background), you have core consulting skills and experience in delivering management consultancy projects.

Your strong entrepreneurial spirit and your commercial mindset will be valued in our projects and support our business development activities.

You are fluent in English and in either Dutch or French, with practical knowledge of the other.
