Voor onze klant te Antwerpen, een internationaal voedingsbedrijf, zoeken we een gedreven en mensgerichte Quality manager.
Verantwoordelijkheden:
- Je rapporteert aan de Quality Manager Benelux
- Je zorgt dat het product voldoet aan de wettelijke bepalingen en de vereisten van de klanten
- Je bent de IFS- en HACCP verantwoordelijke. Hierdoor bepaal je mee het kwaliteitsbeleid om een veilig en kwalitatief product te garanderen
- Je bewaakt de effectiviteit van het kwaliteitssysteem door middel van vooropgestelde KPI’s, kwaliteitsrapporteringen en advies voor verbeteringsprojecten
- Je leidt een team van één QA assistent en vier QC medewerkers
- Je ontwerpt een intern/extern bemonsteringsplan en volgt de analyseresultaten van grondstoffen, verpakkingsmaterialen en afgewerkte producten op. Je stuurt bij waar nodig
- Je begeleidt klanten
- en certificatieaudits (IFS/BIO/FCA/Kosher) en bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor kwaliteitsadvies en het invullen van kwaliteitsvragenlijsten
- Je zorgt voor opvolging en trendanalyse van zowel interne als externe klachten
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het specificatiebeheer en organisatie van documentbeheer met maximale digitalisering en uniformiteit binnen QA Benelux.
Profiel
- Je bezit een voedingsgerelateerde master of bachelor
- Je hebt minimum 5 jaar relevante werkervaring in een kwaliteitsfunctie
- Je hebt leidinggevende ervaring en je bent van nature een people manager
- Je hebt ervaring in het opzetten van een kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem
- Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Engels en Frans
- Je bent communicatief en een bruggenbouwer
- Je bent pragmatisch en efficiënt
- Je werkt zelfstandig en bent besluitvaardig
- Je bent enthousiast en gemotiveerd
- Je bent flexibel ingesteld.

- Toezien op of uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles op inkomende en uitgaande producten tijdens het productieproces en de verpakking van producten
- Een project leiden
- Het werk van leveranciers of dienstverleners controleren
- De validiteit van de kwalificatie van middelen en personen (attest, autorisatie, toestemming,...), de certificering, de conformiteit van meet
- en controle-instrumenten controleren
- Een methode ontwikkelen voor de bewustmaking van kwaliteitsopvolging en deze toepassen
- Een kwaliteitsaudit, een leveranciersaudit, een milieuaudit,... uitvoeren
- Domein: Kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem
- Kwaliteitsprocedures uitwerken en aanpassen en de correcte toepassing controleren
- Het plan, de fases en de acties van kwaliteitsopvolging ontwikkelen en uitvoeren
- Kwaliteitsgegevens opvolgen en analyseren
Veranderingen en verbeteringen bepalen
- De personeelsleden bewustmaken van en opleiding geven over de benadering van kwaliteit
