**ROLE: Procurement Manager**

As Procurement Manager you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and cost-effective sourcing of materials, equipment, and services necessary for the research and development activities of iTeos Therapeutics.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders from R&D and G&A functions to define sourcing priorities and support them with the execution, ensuring optimized spending and service satisfaction.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Strategic sourcing
- Develop and implement effective procurement strategies.
- Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with key suppliers.
- Handle full RFI / RFP / RFQ processes.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions to secure favourable agreements while maintaining quality standards.
- Supplier and contract management
- Manage relationships with existing suppliers and evaluate performance.
- Continuous monitoring of existing contract to track renewal and termination.
- Cost management
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders from Belgium and US to implement cost-saving initiatives and identify opportunities for sourcing optimization.
- Analyse market trends and pricing to identify opportunities.
- Collaboration and compliance
- Work closely with R&D and G&A functional teams to understand their procurement needs and requirements.
- Facilitate communication between functions and Finance to ensure seamless and compliant procurement processes.
- Monitor the adequate usage of procurement systems and tools within our ERP system (NetSuite) while training and coaching your colleagues on its usage.

**PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS**
- Master’s degree in business administration, Science, Engineering, Procurement, Logistics, or similar relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Min. 2 years of experience as a Procurement Manager in the life science industry is highly desirable.
- Strong negotiation skills and a track record of successful contract negotiations.
- Good knowledge of procurement best practices and ability to implement those with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- You are fluent in English and any other national language is a plus (preferably French or Dutch).
- A positive and can-do attitude, coupled with great interpersonal skills to successfully collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
