It’s going to be a challenge, there’s lots to do but we will set you up so you can execute and succeed on your People/HR plans.
We are looking for a People Operations Specialist interested to join a cohesive team that manages the end-to-end employee life cycle throughout Europe.
You'll be an ambassador of our culture and you'll be the guardian of our values (transparency, honest open communication, collaboration, team first)
If you are HR Generalist with great organisation skills and an ability to take initiative, someone who will bring a strong on-boarding experience to the table, we would love to hear from you.
**The big picture**
- You will be responsible for the whole employee life cycle and a variety of administrative HR processes (onboarding and offboarding, payroll, contractual changes, maternity leave, time/absence management, etc)
**Drilling down**
- Help shape our on
- and off-boarding experience at all levels, improving the process while guiding our hiring managers, creating an amazing Employee experience and cohesion throughout the group (in 3 different entities around Europe)
- You will search the market for the best in class HR tech and onboard it.
- You will own our fleet and mobility plan for Belgium.
- You will be integral in developing our company-wide **L&D **strategy**.**:
- You will follow-up on **Employee engagement to ensure our ENPS** stays healthy.
- You are familiar with **staff lifecycle administration** from entry to exit.
- You have a sweet spot for Internal communication and are a key contact for employee requests.
- You are familiar with offering employees the answers they need as well as guidance on matters such as payroll, maternity/ sickness leave, contract & payment questions, benefits, training, etc.
**About you**
- You have 3-5 years of professional experience within HR Operations in a comparable position, experience in an international environment is an advantage.
- You have a good knowledge of Belgian labour law.
- You have excellent Microsoft office skills, especially Excel skills. You will be familiar with a number of the HR software providers.
- You're used to developing and championing company values and contributing to a great office culture.
- You are a wizard when it comes to organizational and time management skills, and you are pro-active.
- You can work independently while being a true team player.
- You are fluent in either Dutch or French as well as being fluent in English.
- You love to build strong internal relationships with stakeholders throughout the organisation.
- You have experience in a fast-growing start-up/scale-up
