We are seeking an 'Automation & Lab Manager' to lead our creation lab team and responsible for managing daily operations. Join us on the journey towards to enhance digitalization and automation in our creation laboratories.

**Your key responsibilities**:
- Manages Lab Staff in the daily operation and provides guidance and training in the relevant field
- Ensure sample production are done in a safe and controlled environment following established protocols
- Daily management of workload of the creation lab team
- Ensure dailyoperation of a state of the art compounding robot including maintenance, trainings and improvements
- Build efficient working relationships with Flavorists, Application, and other dsm-firmenich groups and relevant external partners

- A technical background in automation and/or digitalization in a lab enviroment.

- Fluent in English and French.
