Food & Beverage Assistant

Als Food & Beverage Assistant werk je voornamelijk vanuit ons hoofdkantoor in Brussel (Tour&Taxis). Je ondersteunt de F&B-manager bij menu-implementaties en productwijzigingen, je bent een schakel tussen het F&B-departement en de overige departementen, en je biedt operationele ondersteuning (vaak op afstand) aan de restaurants. Hieronder volgt een greep uit je takenpakket:
- Je neemt deel aan de lanceringstrainingen voor nieuwe menu's, waarbij je de verschillende managers van de restaurants traint.
- Je communiceert menu
- en aanbodswijzigingen voor de Belgische (Frans, Nederlands) markt aan de betrokken departementen.
- Je organiseert fotoshoots (op productniveau) met de manager.
- Je ontwikkelt en vertaalt trainingsmateriaal voor de winkelteams, zoals receptenboekjes en handleidingen voor de lancering van het menu.
- Je vertaalt en actualiseert keukenhandleidingen en andere operationele documenten in het Nederlands en Frans en beheert de distributie hiervan.
- Je organiseert wekelijkse meetings binnen en met de departementen die te maken hebben met F&B, waarbij je een agenda opstelt en delen van notulen en actiepunten uitwerkt.
- Je werkt dagelijks samen met de F&B-manager en het marketingdepartement.
**Jouw Profiel**:
- Je bent energiek,enthousiast en stressbestending.
- Je behaalde bij voorkeur een Bachelor of Graduaatsdiploma in Horeca, Food of Innovation.
- Je hebt ervaring in de Horeca als kok/chefkok.
- Je bent tweetalig (NL & FR) en spreekt een aardig woordjes Engels.
- Je kan goed werken met Microsoft Office (Excel, Word et PowerPoint).
- Je bent proactif & flexibel.
- Je bent ponctueel en georganiseerd en kan werken met strikte deadlines.
- Je hebt ervaring als projectleider en bent in staat om op te treden als projectleider voor bepaalde dossiers.
