Project Manager - Charleroi - CDI
Notre client est une PME dans le Hainaut, spécialisée dans la conception, la fabrication, l’installation et la maintenance d’équipements industriels et de solutions techniques sur mesure. Afin de renforcer un de leur contrat de maintenance d’équipements chez un client actif dans l'industrie lourde à Charleroi, notre client recherche un(e) Responsable d’un contrat de maintenance multi-techniques.
**Vos tâches**:
Rattaché directement au Business Unit Manager, vous êtes responsable d’un contrat de maintenance. Présent à la fois sur site et au bureau, vous assurez le suivi organisationnel, financier, humain et technique en veillant à la sécurité et à l’obtention des marges fixées par votre Direction. Ensemble, avec vos équipes sur le terrain, vous réalisez vos objectifs en termes de chiffres d’affaires et de rentabilité. Leader dans l’âme, vous assurez l’encadrement de vos équipes et êtes un réel appui technique et humain aux Project Managers junior, conducteurs, chefs de chantiers et brigadiers dans la réalisation de leurs tâches. Vous êtes l’interlocuteur principal du client et créez auprès de lui un vrai climat de confiance. Rigoureux et précis, vous assurez le suivi des commandes sur le plan budgétaire, et celui des indicateurs journaliers. Vous veillez à l’obtention des couvertures de risques, à la facturation et aux paiements. Vous gérez votre compte de résultats prévisionnels en collaboration avec votre responsable. Vous réalisez des études complètes de projets d’envergure et développez le portefeuille client.
**Votre profil**:
De formation Ingénieur Civil ou Industriel en Electromécanique ou Mécanique, vous présentez une expérience probante de minimum 5 ans en gestion de projets industriels multi-techniques. Vous avez des connaissances process des différents secteurs industriels (industrie lourde, (pétro)chimique,.). Au niveau informatique, la connaissance de la Suite Office est suffisante. Au niveau soft skills, vous avez la fibre d’un meneur d’hommes, vous savez créer et entretenir la cohésion d’équipe. Vous connaissez vos hommes et les entretiens d’évaluation sont pour vous des moments privilégiés d’échange et de partage. Vous êtes capable de donner un feedback constructif orienté amélioration. Communicateur né, vous êtes capable de vous adapter à votre interlocuteur et de faire preuve d’humilité. En bleu de travail le matin et en chemise blanche l’après-midi, vous êtes présent sur tous les fronts à la fois. Problem solver : vous vous faites confiance mais n’hésitez pas à demander conseil à votre équipe pour donner plus de poids à vos propositions. Rigoureux, précis et organisé : vous suivez l’administration de vos chantiers/clients et de vos comptes avec professionnalisme. Orienté(e) « client », vous assurez une communication efficace et transparente avec votre client. Vous êtes disponible et à l’écoute et veillez à la satisfaction de tous.
