Voor onze klant ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de afdeling Operations.
Je coacht het operations leadership team (management/supervisors).
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het verzuimbeleid (verzuimgesprekken) en het recruitment en selection proces voor zowel white collars als blue collars.
Je bent specialist in onze employer branding, social media en de recruitment-website.
Je volgt HR projecten op (opleidingsbeleid, digitalisering, medewerkerstevredenheid, personeelsbehoud...) en ondersteunt de expats bij immigratiedossiers en de praktische organisatie bij het verhuisproces.
Je fungeert als back-up voor de payroll specialist en rapporteert aan de HR&EHS manager.
**Jouw profiel**:
Je bent Master of gelijkwaardig door ervaring in HR en je kan enkele jaren ervaring aantonen.
Je bent een sterke communicator, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
Je ben empathisch en discreet.
Je draagt compliancy hoog in het vaandel en engageert je om de HR processen en procedures uit te dragen in de organisatie.
Je hebt kennis van Belgische payroll.
Je spreekt vloeiend Engels.
Het Microsoft pakket (Word, Outlook, Excel) beheers je vlot.
