As a communication officer you wil reinforce the internal communication team. You wil work on the communication initiatives which are launched around the cultural change and the digital transformation program of the company. You will report to the Head of Internal Communication & Culture.
**Beschrijving**

The communication officer will develop all communication and change actions, and will lead the network of cultural & digital promoters/ambassadors, a group of the company's employees who are engaged in making the cultural change & digital transformation happen.

The role will mainly involve:

- Coordination, editing and final editing of internal publications (both copy and layout) with a strong focus on storytelling (formats: blog, video, mailings,) ;
- Follow-up of various internal communication projects, related to culture/digital transformation and possibly other change processes ;
- Creating and implementing communication plans (with regard to campaigns, training, etc.) and organising small events ;
- Contacts with and follow-up of external communication agencies, contacts with internal customers (eg Learning & development, business) ;
- Community management of the Network of promotors and ambassadors ;
- Developing and implementing initiatives aimed at the network of promoters of the culture change program and digital transformation ambassadors ;
- Organize and facilitate group discussions with the promoter/ambassador network and make sure that there is a trustful environment and platform to capture ideas/concerns/opportunities.

**Profile**
- You have at least 3 years of experience ;
- You have specific interest for human development in general and company culture in particular ;
- You have hands-on communication profile with strong pen, graphic feeling and strong oral communication skills, experience with video
- You are a teamplayer who brings dynamism and positive energy ;
- You are a natural networker, who loves to be the glue within a group of diverse employees ;
- You are fluent in English and Dutch or French. German is a plus ;
