- Respond **courteously** and **efficiently** to phone calls and guest requests.
- Become a **walking encyclopedia on Brussels**, sharing restaurant recommendations, travel tips, and the city's best-kept secrets with our visitors.
- Juggle reservations and **guest special requests** with ease, ensuring each stay is personalized and memorable.
- Work closely with other hotel departments to create an **unparalleled guest experience** at every moment.
**Our Search**:
- You effortlessly speak **English** to address our international clientele. If you speak French or Dutch or any other language, it's a plus
- You don't necessarily need to study Hospitality; **what truly matters is your radiant personality and passion for customer service.**:
- You have an **internship agreement** starting **from July 2025 for a period minimum of three months**.
