Binnen dit team worden de polissen van Hospitalisatie behandeld. De medewerkers zijn gespecialiseerd in de behandeling van diverse activiteiten verbonden aan deze verzekeringen. Het takenpakket van de beheerders is zeer gevarieerd en gaat van de implementatie van nieuwe zaken, facturatie, het opmaken van technische en administratieve bijvoegsels, het beheer en de regeling van aansluitingen/aanvragen, etc kortom een boeiende job
De technical coach dient de collega-beheerders te ondersteunen bij vragen alsook de rechterhand te zijn van de coach in het behandelen en opmaken van offertes/polissen voor onze collectieve portefeuille Hospitalisatie.

Om dit team en de coach te ondersteunen, zijn we op zoek naar een technische coach.
**De job in een notendop**
Als technische coach zijn dit je kerntaken:
- Je rapporteert aan de coach van het team en werkt in nauwe samenwerking met haar/hem.
- Je bent de operationele back-up van de coach en werkt nauw samen voor het opleveren van offertes en polissen in teken van Underwriting.
- Een zeer goede verstandhouding met de andere beheerders van het team is essentieel.
- Je zorgt mee voor de planning van de activiteiten binnen het team en voor de opvolging van de werksituatie, de SLA’s, prioriteiten, dashboard, verlof, telewerk & permanentie planning.
- We verwachten dat je een aanspreekpunt bent voor de medewerkers van het team en dat je hen technische ondersteuning biedt in de uitvoering van hun job.
- Je deelt de visie van het management in het bereiken van de vastgestelde objectieven van de afdeling en van het team in het bijzonder.
- Je voert kwaliteitsmetingen uit door audit van dossiers via steekproeven.
- Je neemt deel aan diverse nieuwe en opvolgingsmeetings al dan niet als back-up van de coach of manager en rapporteert hierover.
- Je neemt deel aan de implementatie van nieuwe procedures in het team in samenwerking met procesmanagement; ook hulp en ondersteuning bij projectwerking behoort tot je takenpakket.
- Je stelt actieplannen voor, je concretiseert en werkt ideeën uit.
- Je takenpakket bevat ook dagelijks dossierbeheer.
- Je schrijft handleidingen en interne nota’s mbt werkafspraken, nieuwe of bestaande processen, FAQ’s, tips & tricks, ed.
**Jij hoeft geen witte raaf te zijn**
Al kan je er bij ons wel één worden. Bij ons mag je volop je vleugels uitslaan indien je voldoet aan de volgende voorwaarden:
- Je beschikt minstens over een bachelordiploma of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Je bent vlot tweetalig NL/FR, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
- Je hebt oog voor detail en ervaring in het interpreteren/opmaken van Algemene voorwaarden/bijzondere voorwaarden volgens de afspraken van het product en vraag van de klant.
- Je bent een echte teamplayer, resultaatgericht en gaat op een zelfstandige en georganiseerde manier te werk.
- Je bent klantgericht, communicatief en in staat om zaken met agenten, klanten en derden te bespreken.
- Je bent in staat om kritisch en creatief na te denken over processen, procedures en tools om de dienstverlening verder te optimaliseren.
- Je bent stressbestendig, staat open voor verandering en je slaagt er ook in om het team op een positieve manier te begeleiden in change.
- Je werkt vlot met MS Office (Word, Excel en Access).
- Kennis omtrent AS400.
