**Wat jij zal doen**

Je zal verantwoordelijk zijn voor de volgende taken:

- Allereerst krijg je een intensieve opleiding om het bedrijf, de concepten en de tools te leren kennen.
- Je ondersteunt onze dienst P&T voor het beheer van Purchase Requisitions en bewaakt de flow van de aankoopprocessen.
- Dit doe je onder andere door back-end ondersteuning te bieden in SAP Ariba.
- Je zal mee instaan voor het monitoren van processen en het adequaat oplossen van systematische foutmeldingen en vertaalt deze in specifieke IT oplossingen.
- Bij het uitbrengen van nieuwe functionaliteiten binnen het SAP Ariba domein toets jij af in hoeverre de toepasbaarheid accuraat is binnen ons bedrijf.
- Je staat mee in met de back-end vormgeving van supplier onboarding.
- Door je werkzaamheden leer je welke type ‘ad hoc errors’ welke oplossingen nodig hebben en ondersteun je het back-end bestellingssysteem.
- Door een specialist te worden in SAP Ariba sta je mee in het uitrollen van dit systeem ter vervanging van SRM welke afgerond zal zijn per 2025.
- Samen met het team zal je vorm geven aan de toekomst van P&T binnen Umicore Hoboken.
- Je polst samen met diverse interne en externe stakeholders naar de noden en dit vertaal je naar interactieve oplossingen.

**Naar wie we op zoek zijn**

Door de volgende competenties kom je in aanmerking voor de functie van Business IT Agent:

- Dankzij studies of ervaring heb je een Bachelor denk
- en werkniveau.
- Je hebt een sterke affiniteit met SAP (Ariba) en kan je goed overweg met ERP systemen.
- Door een eerste ervaring, interesse of studies ken je je weg met Business IT en Purchasing.
- Naast kennis van SAP Ariba ben je vlot met computersystemen zoals MS Office.
- Kennis van of interesse heb je in Reporting Tools (Power BI, Qlick Sense).
- Naast het vlot samenwerken met je teamleden, kan je vlot samenwerken met interne
- en externe stakeholders.
- Door middel van actieve interesse maak je de bedrijfsprocessen van Umicore en onze afdeling van Precious Metals Refining je volledig eigen.
- Je bent in staat om projecten vorm te geven (scope, planning, doelstellingen, validatie, documentatie,)
- Qua talenkennis ben je vlot tweetalig Nederlands & Engels.
