We are currently seeking an IT engineer to join our engineering team for EMGs diPloy systems at EMG premises in Zaventem, Belgium. EMGs diPloy systems are a key factor in the companies transformation process towards IP based broadcast systems and will be the standard for any new broadcast facility across the entire group.

**Your role in the team**:
We are looking for someone with a passion for IT. We are on a mission to bring IT-technology to the world of broadcast using IP-networks and server virtualization. You will be the key person that solves our IT challenges at the heart of our architecture. You will manage domains and services we need to run large scale broadcast projects over IP-networks. You take ownership of the installation, configuration and the future state of the IT-systems that are at the center of our modular and scalable architecture.

**Responsibilities**:

- Set up, manage and support the virtualized IT systems in the diPloy architecture (domain controllers, directory management, databases, rights
- and access management,..)
- Take ownership of all the IT services and their dependencies to get our virtualized software stack running swiftly and keep it future-proof
- R&D on our move to hybrid cloud solutions

**Required background and expertise**:

- IT technology related Bachelor / Master degree, or adequate work experience in this field
- In-depth knowledge Microsoft solutions : Domain controllers, SQL servers, DFS, WSUS, KMS.
- In-depth knowledge VMWARE : esxi host setup, Vcenter ,datastorage, network components.
- Linux : installation and configuration of webservers, DHCP servers,
- Good knowledge of PDQ for patch management and software deployment
- Plus points for scripting capabilities : python, powershell,..
- Extra points for security expertise
