In all different parts of our retail department, digital content creation is becoming more important every day. Whether it is to serve the fleet clients, to promote our shop offers, to create engagement with the customer in our service stations, to communicate with the people who are visiting our company website,there is everywhere a need for digital content.

In order to accomplish this we are currently looking for a **Digital communication expert**.

**Responsibilities**
- As a social media wizard, you get the responsibility to set up our social media platforms for HQ as well as for the service stations and take care of all content creation for it.
- You will manage all key communication platforms towards our external (eg Lukoil.be & Lukoil.nl) & internal customers (internal platforms eg Netlink).
- Thanks to your knowledge on how SEO & SEA works you can provide the necessary support for the promotion of our fleet department
- As support for our shop department you will take care of the content creation for the in store communication.
- You will also provide the necessary support for our loyalty program by managing the webportal, launching loyalty activation, communication and journeys,

**Profile**
- Thanks to your first experience in digital marketing, you have a pretty good view on the ins and outs of digital content creation for websites, social media, digital campaigns and e-commerce
- Moreover you know how to run well targeted and customized marketing and advertising campaigns on social media
- Knowing how to use different technical tools such as : CMS, Google Ads, Google analytics, Adobe,.. is a big asset.
- Experience in modeling and analyzing various KPIs is definitely an asset
- You are fluent in French & Dutch and English (oral as well as written) and you have a very fluent pen.
- From a personal point of view people who know you very well describe you as a goalgetter who sees solutions instead of problems.
- Furthermore you are able to multitask easily while maintaining a strategic focus on business goals and customer engagement
- Experience has shown you that you work even better in a strategic, cross functional role where you need to collaborate with internal as well as external stakeholders.
- You have a passion for customer behavior and trends, which you can’t wait to share with the rest of us. Thanks to this passion you easily identify opportunities and see which action best to launch.
