In order to support our growth, we are actively recruiting a **Marketing and Communications Officer** to join our Team at **SMT Holding**, based in **Brussels**.

**Function**:

- As a Marketing & Communication Officer, you will be participating in the development and the implementation of effective marketing and communication strategies to promote SMT's products and services, enhance brand visibility, and engage with target audiences. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams and monitoring performance to achieve marketing goals._

**Strategic planning**

Contribute to comprehensive marketing and communication strategies aligned with the SMT's objectives and target audience.

**Analytics and Reporting**

Track and analyze SMT performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.

**Content creation**

**Digital marketing**

**Events**

Support a realization of events, trade shows, webinars, or conferences to enhance the company's visibility and engage with stakeholders.

**Profile**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree may be preferred ;
- 5 - 7 years of proven experience in marketing and communication roles ;
- Proficiency in graphic design and multimedia software ;
- Ability to cooperate within an international environment ;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Dutch & French would be a plus ;
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, analytics, and content management systems ;
- Comfortable working in teams and autonomously ;
- Analytical mindset.
