Junior (Digital) Marketeer

MISSION FOR 6 MONTHS
- Assist us in preparing, developing and executing our company’s marketing strategies and enhance our promotional efforts by conducting market research, creating marketing deliverables & (digital) campaigns, and monitoring performance.
- Providing and communicating of competitive information, market data and market-predicting study findings in the short and long term for forecasting, marketing planning and strategic planning.
- Support Sandoz's mission and values wherever and whenever it is important or useful ("ambassador").
- Build a long-term and win-win business relationship with both customers and colleagues (internal and external).
MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES
- The development and presentation of promotional materials & digital campaigns that will be used by the Sales Department.
- The development and handling of media campaigns specific to the profession.
- Track projects & campaigns
- Visiting doctors / pharmacists with representatives to feel the effect of the strategies and the marketing material.
- Mapping and checking budgets and periodically reviewing the marketing mix of the granted promoted product(s) to evaluate the cost / benefit ratio and results.
- Build knowledge of the products and the market and by constantly following the business closely.
- Communicate effectively within the organization to ensure the motivation and alignment of the sales team with marketing.
- Provide and communicate appropriate recommendations: competitive information, analyze sales, market data and study findings.
- Perpetuate cycle statistics with detailed marketing activities.
- Negotiating the costs of external purchases.
- Respect the annual Marketing budget

Minimum Requirements
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in (digital) Marketing or Business Administration
- Minimum 1 year of experience in (digital) Marketing or Business Administration
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
