**Rollout Coordinator**:
The position entails close collaboration with Field Support Manager and the CTDI-Logistic coordinator.
**Responsibilities**:
Rollout Coordinator acts as a polyvalent collaborator responsible for handling & supporting all Rollout operations (SW & HW) and MS RMA processes as well as rowing efficiency & quality and updating processes & documentation.
Key responsibilities are:
**1. Supporting and managing all the ongoing rollouts**:
- Leading and supervising HW & SW projects, e.g. rollout of new hardware (swap and/or HW upgrade of payment terminals)
- Concretizing signed framework agreements with large customers into concrete validated plans
- Discussing and implementing agreements as well as planning, piloting, and creating the rollout files in accordance with the agreements and agreed prices
- Discussing and following the progress in coordination with external teams (customer project teams, Third Party providers, ECR...)
- Checking the software
- and hardware availability with the Product and Build team;
- Handling and supervising the deployment of new software via remote tele-load together with key customers
- Leading follow-up meetings between internal operational teams, such as Field Services installation and Encoding team
- Planning and launching together with VPLS- team new acquiring services, such as APPS (VAS) on existing and new payment terminals
- Handling the inventory linked to rollouts
**2. Supporting the RMA-related management**:
- Performing follow-up of the MS RMA Mailbox
- Supporting and driving the monthly RMA Invoicing
**The Rollout Coordinator role involves transversal collaboration with**:
- Field managers, Field Support colleagues, Logistic coordinators, Supply-coordinators, CoE F&L & RMA-Experts
- Sales, Onboarding teams
- Project Managers and project team members
- Supply Chain
- Partners (CTDI)
- Terminal-related teams (PTM)
- Quality and reporting teams
- Process teams
**Skill Requirements**:
- Bachelor in Logistics, Electronics, IT or Computer Sciences (min. 3 years of proven experience)
- Excellent Excel skills
- Experience with ERP (Oracle, SAP,)
- Experience with MS Office, Visio, Power Query, Power BI
- Project management basics
- Methodic, structured and organized working style
- Good social skills
- Assertiveness
**Languages**:
- English & French and Dutch
