**What type of breed are we looking for?**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Brand Portfolio Developer who is passionate about branding, portfolio management and product innovation. You’ll become part of the the Brand, Product, Impact pack and will directly report to the Senior Brand Portfolio Manager. Becoming part of this pack means you’ll help steer the strategic direction of our brand and enable successful growth for our entire dog portfolio across all markets and channels. We’re a passionate bunch of pet advocates and planet caretakers and are looking for someone who can match our energy to lead change in the pet food industry.

**What will be in your bowl?**:

- Connect the dots and find opportunities within consumer and category insights. Master these insights on which to build impactful strategic and creative solutions.
- Take ownership over NPD and EPD projects for which you’ll closely work together with product managers, CMI marketeers and creatives.
- Keep an eye on competition and continuously sharpen our positioning within this evolving competitive landscape across all markets.
- Write effective and clear creative briefings for the development of brand guidelines and assets.
- Bring powerful storytelling and work together with local markets to ensure a consistent implementation across markets and channels.
- Regular follow up on portfolio performance targets and growth trajectory

**What skills & tricks should you bring?**:

- You have three to five years experience within marketing or brand management, ideally in an FMCG setting
- You’re a strategic and creative thinker
- You are insights-driven and have a commercial mindset
- You’re a great communicator and know how to deliver a message in a clear, simple way
- You take ownership over your projects and take proud in delivering great work
- You carry an entrepreneurial spirit and are not afraid to roll up your sleeves
- You dare to challenge decisions and feel comfortable dealing with high level stakeholder management
- You have a deep affinity for pets and a natural interest in their behaviour and needs
- You’re proficient in English, any other language is a plus
- No need to have four legs and a tail, you don’t have to be perfect
