**Summary**:
The Sales & Products Manager's mission is to manage and develop the customer portfolio for the product/division Power, a wide range of Cummins industrial motors and generators to power the client’s operations.

Scope : Central & West Africa

Position based in Belgium or Africa

You report to the Head of Power division.

**What will be your responsibilities?**:

- Market Intelligence & Customer Focus

Analyze the market potential and identify the growth opportunities to achieve our business development goals in the assigned region
Analyze the competitors and collaborate with the whole team to improve our portfolio competitiveness
Motivate and provide leadership to the team to ensure all sales targets are met and that Strategic Account Management principles are applied
- Strategy and customer care

Participate to the elaboration of BIA strategy and product development roadmap in the region
Maintain and improve customer relations in designated territories
Lead the design across the Region, by market segment, geographical area and product line.
Develop and maintain customer records on the CRM
Develop the Cross Functional Team to ensure cross-departmental collaboration in the delivery of sales offers
Supervise the offers of the sales representatives based in the territory
- Negotiation and sale of equipment and accessories

Carry out and negotiate equipment and accessory offers with the customers for which he is responsible.
Supervise and control orders.
Ensure that the rules related to financing and control of financial and legal risks established by BIA Group are respected.
Contribute to the achievement of the BUC's business objective
- Product knowledge

Update knowledge of manufacturers' machines in order to respond effectively to customers' needs
Ensure the dissemination of information to the sales representatives based in the territories
- Reporting

Establish and follow up regularly the Order Book which includes the different offers, in progress, missed,...
Establish a monthly report on the status of customers and activities
Establish a quarterly rolling forecast of sales

**Who are we looking for?**:

- Masters in Engineering or Business degree or equivalent level thanks to the experience
- Min 5 year experience in a commercial position
- Experience in Power is a big advantage
- Fluent English and French
- Technical and commercial skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Presentation and coaching skills
- Knowledge of dealer's and OEM processes
- Customer focus
- KPI oriented
- Flexibility, proactivity, agility
- Teamplayer
- Willing to travel
