Vous allez rejoindre 5 collègues formidables (Payroll Officers, Recruiter/Learning & Development Specialist, Admin RH et Directeur RH).

**Qu’allez-vous faire chez PPL ?**

Vous êtes responsable du « cycle de vie de l'employé » de nos employés Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Program Management, Process & Analytical Development, Finance, IT et Operational Excellence.

En collaboration avec le directeur des ressources humaines et votre collègue Recrutement/Learning & Development Specialist, vous définissez la stratégie et contribuez au changement de culture.

Grâce à une organisation inclusive et diversifiée, vous veillez à ce que nous disposions des compétences adéquates.
- Assurer la planification de la succession et la gestion des performances.
- Mener des entretiens de recrutement avec les responsables.
- Coacher les responsables
- Être le premier point de contact des travailleurs
- Ensemble avec le Learning & Development Specialist veiller à ce que les parcours de formation des employés soient élaborés et suivis.
- Analyser les résultats de notre enquête sur l'engagement des employés et mettre en place des plans d'action.
- Participer à des projets liés aux RH ou les coordonner (élections sociales, changement culturel, image de marque de l'employeur, preboarding/onboarding,...).

**Le HR Business Partner que nous cherchons**:

- A au moins 10 ans d'expérience professionnelle dont 5 ans en tant que HRBP/HR Manager.
- Possède un diplôme de bachelier ou de master dans une orientation pertinente.
- Est trilingue FR/ENG/NL.
- Possède des connaissances approfondies en matière de RH : législation sociale, Compensation & Benefits, planification des effectifs et budgets, contacts avec des partenaires sociaux.
- Possède des connaissances non techniques en matière de ressources humaines : recrutement, gestion des talents et coaching.
- Peut lire et interpréter un P&L.
- S'affirme, s'exprime et ose se présenter dans les réunions de direction et avec les membres de direction.
