The Opportunity:
Avantor est à la recherche d’un Operational Coordinator Lab Support pour joindre notre équipe à Braine-l’Alleud. Vous travaillerez dans un poste varié avec des responsabilités diverses, comme la supervision de votre équipe, la gestion des verreries, le support des équipements et beaucoup plus Avez-vous toujours souhaité travailler dans un environnement international au sein d'une entreprise majeure dans le domaine des sciences de la vie ? Une formation scientifique n'est pas obligatoire pour ce poste Peut-être vous travaillez actuellement dans la distribution, la production, les services ou l'hôtellerie et vous avez toujours eu un intérêt général pour les sciences. Alors ceci est votre opportunité de rejoindre un environnement de laboratoire
Il s'agit d'un poste temporaire de 6 mois, à temps plein basé sur le site de notre client, UCB Pharma, à Braine-l’Alleud. En plus d’un salaire attractif, nous offrons plusieurs avantages comme 13ème mois, prime de fin d'année, hospitalisation, système de bonus etc. Ce poste vous offre l'opportunité de développer une première expérience en tant que chef d'équipe.
Horaires de travail : Du lundi au vendredi, commencer entre 07h30 et 9h00 et terminer à partir de 16h00.
L’équipe
Vous dirigez une équipe de 8 - 10 employés avec le soutien de votre supérieur hiérarchique. Ensemble avec votre équipe, vous faites partie du département Lab & Production Services, le département d’Avantor que soutient l'innovation et la croissance des entreprises pharmaceutiques et des laboratoires du monde en les aidant dans leurs activités de recherche et de développement.
Ce que nous recherchons
- Formation:_
- Au minimum un diplôme de l'enseignement secondaire (niveau A2)
- Une orientation scientifique est préférée, mais n’est pas nécessaire
- Expérience :_
- Dans un environnement avec beaucoup des procédures à respecter
- En laboratoire dans un environnement pharmaceutique est un atout (p.e. comme Technicien / Support de Laboratoire, Coordinateur / Coordinatrice de laboratoire, etc.)
- En tant que coordination ou chef d'équipe de remplacement est un atout, mais pas obligatoire
- Compétences préférées :_
- Bonne connaissance de MS Office, en particulier Excel
- Excellentes compétences de communication en français et une bonne connaissance de l'anglais
- Organisé(e), motivé (e), et serviable
- Responsable, résistant(e) au stress et flexible
- Pro-actif(ve)
Comment vous vous développerez et aurez un impact
Gestion d’équipe (8-10 associés):
- Suivie de la performance de votre équipe avec le soutien de votre Superviseur et sur la base des réunions 1/1
- Gestion des formations et du planning de l’équipe
- Participation aux réunions avec des clients
- Gestion du plan de formation
Support opérationnel:
- Coordination des activités opérationnelles du laboratoire
- Assurance des back-ups opérationnels de l’équipe
- Assurance du soutien général au laboratoire tel que la gestion des verreries, la décontamination d’équipements de laboratoire, la gestion du stock, etc.
- Gestion des déchets de laboratoire (biologiques, chemiques)
- Gestion documentaire
- Nettoyage des équipements de laboratoire analytique
- Assemblages d’équipements
- Calibrations d’équipements (P.e. Quality Control)
