The Opportunity:

Avantor est à la recherche d’un Operational Lab Coordinator pour joindre notre équipe à Braine-l’Alleud. Vous travaillerez dans un poste varié avec des responsabilités diverses, comme la supervision de votre petite équipe, la gestion des réactifs et consommables, le support des équipements, la gestion des échantillons et beaucoup plus Avez-vous toujours souhaité travailler dans un environnement international, au sein d'une entreprise majeure dans le domaine des sciences de la vie ? Il s'agit d'un poste à temps plein basé sur le site de notre client, UCB Pharma, à Braine-l’Alleud. Vous recevrez un contrat temporaire d six mois, transféré en CDI après une évaluation positive. En plus d’un salaire attractif, nous offrons plusieurs avantages comme 13ème mois, prime de fin d'année, hospitalisation, système de bonus etc. Ce poste vous offre l'opportunité de développer une première expérience en tant que chef d'équipe.

Horaires de travail: Du lundi au vendredi, commencer entre 07h30 et 9h00 et terminer à partir de 16h00.

L’équipe

Vous travaillez dans un environnement GxP (combinaison de GLP et GMP). Vous dirigez une équipe de 3 employés et vous faites partie du département Lab & Production Services. Ce département d’Avantor soutient l'innovation et la croissance des entreprises pharmaceutiques et des laboratoires du monde en les aidant dans leurs activités de recherche et de développement.

Ce que nous recherchons
- Formation_
- Un diplôme de bachelier en Chimie est vraiment préférable
- Un enseignement secondaire en chimie peut également suffire en combinaison avec l'expérience
- Expérience_
- En laboratoire dans un environnement pharmaceutique (p.e. comme Technicien / Support de Laboratoire, Coordinateur / Coordinatrice de laboratoire, etc.)
- Dans un environnement GMP est un grand plus
- En tant que coordination ou chef d'équipe de remplacement est un atout, mais pas obligatoire
- Compétences préférées_
- Bonne connaissance de MS Office, en particulier Excel
- Excellentes compétences de communication en français et une bonne connaissance de l'anglais
- Compétences non techniques_
- Organisé(e), motivé (e), et serviable
- Responsable, indépendant et flexible

Comment vous vous développerez et aurez un impact
- Gestion de votre équipe de 3 employés, avec l’aide de votre supérieur hiérarchique
- Planification des tâches de votre équipe et soutenir vos membres d’équipes si nécessaire
- Organisation des 121’s hebdomadaires avec les membres de l'équipe pour discuter des affaires en cours.
- Gestion des échantillons en les recevant, les enregistrant et les stockant
- Aliquotage des échantillons en petits volumes et les transporter
- Gestion des documents concernant les équipements de laboratoire
- Archivage des documents correspondant aux études
- Gestion des réactifs et les pipettes, en effectuant des calibrations, en vérifiant les certificats, etc.
- Participer au contrôle de la qualité en vérifiant et en signant les documents
- Préparation les phases mobiles et mélanger les solvants
