Expert Energy Transition

Hoe maak jij onze klanten blij ?- Als aanbieder van duurzame mobiliteit, maar ook als grootste elektriciteitsverbruiker in België, speelt NMBS een belangrijke rol in het realiseren van de nationale klimaatambities.- De leden van het team Energy Strategy & Transition dragen gezamenlijk bij aan drie doelstellingen:
- de energiefactuur van NMBS onder controle houden;
- de organisatie begeleiden bij veranderingen die verband houden met de energietransitie;
- optreden als SPOC (intern/extern) van NMBS voor energiekwesties.
- Het team is net opgericht en telt binnenkort 7 leden. Het team opereert onder de directie Stations, maar werkt voor heel NMBS.
- Om onze activiteiten uit te bouwen, zijn we op zoek naar een Expert Energy Transition.
- Als Expert Energy Transition beheer je zelf projecten in verband met de energietransitie van NMBS. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Head of Energy Strategy & Transition (B-ST.7). Kortom, een kans om een belangrijke bijdrage te leveren aan de vermindering van de CO2-voetafdruk van de grootste elektriciteitsverbruiker van België- Wat is jouw rol bij NMBS ?- Je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden zijn:
- Je implementeert oplossingen om de koolstofuitstoot te verminderen in een of meer van de volgende domeinen: fotovoltaïsche productie, HVAC, energiebesparing (isolatie, renovatie enz.), opslag, elektrisch opladen, energiemeting enz.
- Je beheert verschillende projecten rond energietransitie bij NMBS. Je volgt de planning en het budget op en zorgt voor de coördinatie met de verschillende teams/directies en externe partners.
- Je draagt samen met het Procurement-team bij aan de lancering van overheidsopdrachten op het vlak van energietransitie (bijvoorbeeld voor zonnepanelen).
- Je helpt bij het definiëren van de energie
- en duurzaamheidsaspecten die in alle toekomstige projecten voor de (renovatie van) stations en andere NMBS-gebouwen moeten worden opgenomen.
- Je bouwt een stevig netwerk uit binnen de verschillende directies van NMBS, maar ook met onze verschillende partners, met name Infrabel.
- Je volgt de ontwikkelingen in de regelgeving en anticipeert op nationale en internationale trends.
- Je beantwoordt interne vragen, maakt mee de nodige reportings op, en zorgt er mee voor dat de coördinatie en samenwerking rond energiekwesties binnen de hele organisatie vlot verloopt.
- Waarom is deze job iets voor jou ?- Je beschikt over een masterdiploma (bij voorkeur in management, economie of je hebt een diploma burgerlijk ingenieur/industrieel ingenieur op zak).
**Je beschikt over de volgende technische competenties**:
- Je hebt eerdere ervaring (technisch en/of economisch) in ten minste een van de volgende domeinen: zonne-energie, HVAC, energiebesparing (isolatie, renovatie enz.), opslag, elektrische opladen.
- Je kan de businesscase voor een project opmaken en de technische aspecten (bv. dimensionering van de transformatoren) waarmee rekening moet worden gehouden, identificeren en synthetiseren.
- Je hebt bewezen ervaring in projectmanagement.
- Je hebt sterke analytische vaardigheden waardoor je technische, economische en organisatorische aspecten moeiteloos combineert.
- Je kan vlot overweg met het Microsoft Office-pakket.
**Talenkennis**:
- Je bent Nederlandstalig en hebt een goede kennis van het Frans, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
