Als travel consultant maak je jouw klanten blij met een onvergetelijke herinnering. Of het nu gaat om een week Mallorca, een stedentrip naar Londen of een maatwerkreis door Californië; jij regelt alles tot in de puntjes. Een vakantie moet een feestje zijn, waar de reis ook heen gaat. Aan jou de taak, als Maker of Happy, om de oriëntatie
- en boekingsfase van de reis zo plezierig mogelijk te maken. Soms is de perfecte reis zo gevonden, soms kost het wat meer moeite. Daarbij kan je je eigen kennis of ervaring inzetten.

Flexibiliteit en samenwerking zijn bij het TUI-team zeer belangrijk. Je wordt reisagent(e) in een vast kantoor, maar het kan ook zijn dat je moet bijspringen in één van de shops in de buurt. Je werkt regionaal in een groep van 5 tot 8 winkels met een 30-tal collega’s. Je staat er dus nooit alleen voor. Ook telewerk behoort tot de mogelijkheden.

**Over jou**
- Je hebt een afgeronde middelbare opleiding of bachelor (bijv richting Toerisme, economie of talen);
- Je bent communicatief sterk in het Nederlands en in het Frans;
- Je bent bovenal klant
- en verkoopgericht, je voelt onze klanten en hun noden feilloos aan en zorgt voor een uitstekend aanbod;
- Je bent een teamplayer en werkt nauw samen met jouw collega’s;
- Je bent representatief en houdt het hoofd koel, ook als het erg druk of hectisch is;
- Je kan zelfstandig werken en hebt een positieve mindset;
- Je bent flexibel wat betreft werken in het weekend, en uitzonderlijk op koopavonden. Geen zorgen: je krijgt inspraak in jouw werkrooster, en deze wordt al ruime tijd op voorhand opgesteld.
