As Manager, Professional Services you will be responsible for driving strategic and operational initiatives within the department. Reporting to the VP, Customer Experience, International, this role will be important for scaling the Professional Services team to meet the needs of an ambitious company growth plan. You will have a variety of initiatives to launch and overall operations to run, and they will change over time as you make progress and other initiatives become higher priorities.
**What You Will Do**
- Drive progress on strategic and operational initiatives by uncovering requirements, deriving new processes, and injecting innovative ideas
- Build and develop enhanced methods while executing hands-on where necessary to ensure effective implementation
- Get the team on-board and prepare them for organizational change related to ongoing initiatives
- Support a high-performance consultant hiring and onboarding process to maintain a skilled and efficient team
- Integrate company acquisitions into one cohesive team; Prophix Professional Services
- Contribute to partner strategy and operations to foster successful collaborations and business growth
- Identify and implement process automation and other operational initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Step into key operations based on seasonal or priority business needs, providing hands-on support in areas like program/project management and recruiting
**What You Will Bring**

**Required Qualifications**
- 5+ years of experience working within a CPM (Financial Consolidations, FP&A, other) Professional Services department
- Accounting/Finance degree or Engineering/Technical degree
- In-depth knowledge of our customer profile
- A thorough understanding of CPM/ERP/BI technologies
- High proficiency in both spoken and written English
- Proficiency in both spoken and written French (and Dutch) considered an asset
- Previous experience in handling implementations considered an asset
- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on fostering a culture of high-performance and personal growth for team members
- Must be legally entitled to work in the country where the role is located. Must be able to travel to the United States, Canada and/or internationally, and have a valid passport.

- Strong business and entrepreneurial skills
- Superior communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated success in scaling Professional Services departments
