As Director, Professional Services (EU) you will be accountable for positive customer results and for maintaining a high-performing team. This role will be important to maintain high standards of delivery and levels of customer success while also scaling the professional services team to meet our company growth plan. The role is based in the Benelux region with a preference for Brussels, Belgium.

**What You Will Do**
- Ensure customers have a great experience and projects are delivered successfully:

- Maintain visibility over the EU and UK portfolio of active projects and proactively take action to ensure projects are successfully delivered
- Act as the senior Prophix sponsor and escalation point for your customers
- Take a hands-on role to manage and contribute on a portion of the regional projects, until the point where the region reaches scale and more front-line managers are needed
- Manage a high-performing team:

- Manage a team of 12-15 staff, including at least one manager, and across different European and UK jurisdictions
- Performance manage the team and inspire them to reach their highest potential
- Support the team to meet their productivity and customer satisfaction benchmarks
- Hire and on-board new employees as needed
- Maintain relationships with key delivery and reseller partners
- Manage the regional P&L:

- Maintain intimate knowledge of your local P&L’s for the UK and EU and be thoughtful about additional spend
- Participate in the monthly variance analysis process and global monthly and quarterly operating rhythm
- Support the global forecasting processes by working with Sales, global PS Operations, and your local team to ensure we have appropriate staffing levels while maintaining versatility to adapt to fluctuations in the sales pipeline.

**Required Qualifications**
- Fluent in French and English; other languages are an asset.
- Proven track-record of modernizing Professional services departments.
- 5+ years working within a professional services department:

- Leadership abilities with a culture of high-performance and personal growth for your team members.
- Financial Planning & Analysis
- Financial Consolidation
- You have been through implementations and understand the process and challenges.
- Solid grasp of CPM technology. Preferred experience in at least one similar software is required: In-depth CPM / EPM product experience including: Prophix Adaptive Insights, Vena, Planful, Tagetik, Anaplan, OneStream, Jedox, Lucanet, Oracle EPM, TM1, others
- Must be legally entitled to work in the country where the role is located. Must be able to travel European Union and have a valid passport. Ability to travel to Canada and internationally is preferred.
